What We Do

We assist you in navigating your elderly loved ones through the journey from independence and self-sufficiency at home to increased levels of care. This service is provided by experienced Registered Nurses who work with you to create solutions specific to your unique needs, wants and circumstances. We believe that even hard transitions can be smooth.

How We Do It

We provide a one-on-one targeted consulting service assisting individuals and families to navigate through the challenges of aging in place right through to the process of relocating elderly parents and loved ones from independence at home to alternate levels of care. These levels of care can include public or private professional in-home assistance, seniors apartments, lodges, supportive living sites, long term care or hospice/palliative. This is accomplished through client education, advocacy and networking between both public and private sector agencies.

 

Where We Are Located

We offer in-person service to the Edmonton Area (including Sherwood Park, St. Albert and Fort Saskatchewan), Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, Devon, Leduc and Beaumont. Also serving communities to the south including Breton, Warburg, Thorsby and Westerose.
